Feature Pages: Webinars & Culture Tours

As part of the Capitol Benefits redesign, I designed dedicated Webinars and Culture Tours pages to support education, thought leadership, and relationship-building with prospective and existing clients.

These pages were created to transform static offerings into clear, conversion-ready experiences that encourage engagement while reinforcing trust and expertise.

Webinars Page

Capitol Benefits hosts educational webinars to help employers and individuals better understand benefits, compliance, and financial planning. Previously, this information was fragmented and difficult to discover.

UX Goals

  • Make upcoming and past webinars easy to find

  • Clearly communicate value and takeaways

  • Encourage registration with minimal friction

Design Decisions

  • Structured content into scannable cards with clear titles, dates, and summaries

  • Prioritized “Register” / “Watch Recording” CTAs for quick action

  • Designed flexible layouts to support both live and on-demand content

  • Reduced cognitive load by avoiding long descriptions and dense text

Result:
Users can quickly understand what each webinar offers and take action without searching or scrolling excessively.

Culture Tours Page

Culture Tours are experiential sessions designed to help organizations explore workplace culture, benefits alignment, and employee engagement strategies. The challenge was explaining an abstract, relationship-driven offering in a clear and approachable way.

UX Goals

  • Clearly explain what a Culture Tour is and who it’s for

  • Build trust around a consultative, non-transactional service

  • Encourage inquiries without aggressive sales language

Design Decisions

  • Introduced a step-by-step flow explaining how Culture Tours work

  • Used plain language to demystify the offering

  • Balanced informational content with human-centered messaging

  • Designed a clear but low-pressure CTA to request more information

Result:
The page communicates value without overwhelming users, positioning Capitol Benefits as a collaborative partner rather than a sales-first provider.
